1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (Grocery & Gourmet Food), not all items are eligible for return. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence.
⚠️ Perishable food items, opened products, and items not in their original condition cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
